Galaxy API IndeXer - Update

Updated the SC2 Galaxy API IndeXer

• Updated the API to version 1.3.2


• Fixed a small bug with case sensitivity


• Changed the Array layout to include a version and dumper which get reflected on the page

Future aspirations to expand on this knowlege base:

- I would like to add in some structs (player, unit, etc), enumns (such as unit ID's), and maybe even keep a list of updated offsets to certain locations.
