Hotkeys are +/- on numpad, well if you don't have one, guess you're screwed. (Or pay me some bucks so I'll do configurable hotkeys, eh, eh? ;3)
Default camera distance is 1650, if anyone is interested. Steps are taken in values of 150. (Means if you press + once you'll be at 1500 and if you press - once you'll be at 1800.)
